At the same time, enriching the lives of our employee family helps us maintain a motivated staff, while promoting the healthy balance between work and play. We gather several times throughout the year for company fun activities away from the office to encourage employee interaction. Strong supporters of giving back to the community, we are proud to employ a team that actively volunteers at a variety of local non-profit organizations and often welcome their suggestions in planning similar company efforts. We also support the Ohio Department of Natural Resources Adopt-a-Roadway program, maintaining a two-mile road segment in the county where we initiated our signature intelligent basemapping experience.
