• E9-1-1 Mobile features routing capabilities, including dynamic routing that re-calculates a route on-the-fly based on your chosen path.
• AccuGlobe E9-1-1 Mobile monitors the progress for every response situation. During routing, your monitor maps the origin of the 9-1-1 call, your destination and your current location along the calculated route.
• Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) also displays the real-time locations of your fellow emergency responders.
• Audible turn-by-turn driving directions keep your eyes on the road, not on the display, all the while calculating a real-time estimated time of arrival (ETA). For added safety and reassurance to the caller, your dispatch center receives these real-time updates until you reach your destination.
• Toggle between current calls or review your history, up to 100 records.
• Users can elevate dispatched calls based on priority, and queue non-emergent requests until resources become available.
