AccuGlobe Mobile Command Center offers unprecedented peace of mind in maximizing the safety of your first responders through an online, real-time view of your fleet at any time, from any location. Developed with our clients’ specific needs in mind, this application is an extension of our AVL-enabled E9-1-1 Dispatch and E9-1-1 Mobile software.
The first phase of our next generation IP-based E9-1-1 mapping system, Mobile Command Center allows you to follow active units in real-time and review each vehicle’s activity history.
The application interfaces with E9-1-1 software installed in the dispatch environment, allowing dispatch personnel to easily locate available units and, based on proximity, determine which one(s) can most quickly respond to an incident.
AccuGlobe Mobile Command Center also features advanced security technology. We partnered with RSA, a recognized leader in information security, to develop a highly secure authentication process for Mobile Command Center. Mobile Command Center also utilizes agency or unit-based user permissions, ensuring officers or dispatch personnel can only view agencies or units to which they are assigned.
