E9-1-1 & Public Safety

Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL)

By itself, our AVL solution relays a wealth of information about any fleet of vehicles, be they police, fire, EMS, snow plows, mounted patrol, bicycles or other government-issued units.

  • Access to view your and other units, including those of other agencies if permissions exist, via bi-directional feeds
  • Capability to store and record information to a database for later analysis
  • Dynamic symbology based on activity
  • Access to attributes (Speed, Unit ID, etc.)
  • Secure transmission of information

When packaged with our AccuGlobe E9-1-1 Dispatch or Mobile software, AVL proves not only resourceful, but a stateof-the-art safety feature for all participating personnel.

For maximum performance, AVL with AccuGlobe Mobile Command Center offers unprecendented peace of mind in maximizing the safety of your first responders through an online, real-time view of your fleet at any time, from any location.

AccuGlobe Mobile Command Center

To Protect and Serve

AccuGlobe Mobile Command Center offers unprecedented peace of mind in maximizing the safety of your first responders through an online, real-time view of your fleet at any time, from any location. Developed with our clients’ specific needs in mind, this application is an extension of our AVL-enabled E9-1-1 Dispatch and E9-1-1 Mobile software.

The first phase of our next generation IP-based E9-1-1 mapping system, Mobile Command Center allows you to follow active units in real-time and review each vehicle’s activity history.

The application interfaces with E9-1-1 software installed in the dispatch environment, allowing dispatch personnel to easily locate available units and, based on proximity, determine which one(s) can most quickly respond to an incident.

Mobile Command Center utilizes agency or unit-based user permissions, ensuring officers or dispatch personnel can only view agencies or units to which they are assigned. These viewing rights include access to surrounding agencies’ resources – based on a signed letter of understanding from each party – to maximize mutual aid.

Once logged in to the highly secure Web site, users have access to advanced tracking and reporting features. View the real-time path of any unit, with details including direction and speed of travel. Reporting features allow users to view similar statistics for one or multiple units, with all activity plotted on a map.

Mobile Command Center can also be used to track non-public safety assets, including snow plows, lawn maintenance machines, and public and school transportation vehicles. For these customized applications, supervisors access the Web portal to view the location of each unit, and can track and report in the same fashion offered by our 9-1-1 clients.
