Additionally, DDTI has developed software tools that uniquely accelerate the transition to NG9-1-1. Our MSAG Conversion Service (MCS) utilizes NENA compliant GIS data to create reports for Service Providers requiring legacy formats. We have also created software that emulates the Automatic Location Identification (ALI) function based on i3 compliant location information, enabling communication with non-compliant customer premises equipment (CPE).
